Comments: Lillebaby boasts their carrier, the Complete, “offers more carrying positions, lasts longer and includes more features than any other carrier.” Them’s fightin’ words you might say if you were in the carrier business.
So are their claims true? Yes, in our opinion. The Complete can be used in a fetal position (inward facing with legs inside the carrier), inward facing with legs out, forward facing, hip carry, and back carry (facing in or out). Yep it’s a 6-in-1 carrier.
The Complete also includes a hood and neck support. And the company offers a host of fabrics including organic cotton, Airflow breathable mesh and and new “All Seasons” fabric (warm in winter, cool in summer). Recently, they showcased a TOKIDOKI print ($160) and an Embossed microcloth ($170).
Fans of the Complete love the flexibility of Lillebaby’s carriers. The lumbar support, light weight and extra long shoulder straps–no extensions needed—are also plusses. The only complaint from readers: the carriers can be bulky and they may work better with older/bigger babies. Despite this drawback, we think the Lillebaby Complete is a winner. So we’ll give this carrier our top rating.
