Ever since a famous coffee chain rolled out their delicious pink drink, dragon fruit enthusiasts have tried to recreate this treat at home. Good news: freeze-dried dragon fruit is the solution. 

Freeze-dried dragon fruit comes in two basic forms: chips and powder. The chips are great as a snack—or sprinkle them on hot cereal. They can also provide a splash of color for cocktails or lemonade.
