Reader B. Carlson writes in today to complain about Combi’s slow pace in sending out retrofit kits for recalled car seats:
I wanted to report that I am extremely disappointed by the fact that I STILL have not received my Combi retrofit. I thought you might include this poor customer service in your next edition. I loved everything about my Combi carseat and stroller (single and double), but now I’m having serious doubts.
