bedding (with a separate web site at carters.kidsline.com). Kids Line has given
the Carter’s bedding a much needed style-upgrade—there are six complete
collections as well as a baby basics mix and match line. A four-piece set is
priced at $180. Sheets ($11-15 each) are 200 thread-count, 100% cotton and
quite a step up from the old Carter’s sheets we reviewed in the past. Kids Line
has definitely improved both the quality and design. Rating: B
I got the Love Bug Crib Set. The first time I put the bumper on the crib my baby pulled on it and one of the ties ripped clear off of the bumper. I contacted Carter’s by email directly and within an hour they responded that they had contacted Kids Line on my behalf and that someone from Kids Line would contact me. Less then 20 minutes after receiving the email response from Carter’s, I had an email from Kids Line asking when they could schedule for Fedex to pick up the defective bumper. The sent a replacement bumper to me and it arrived when Fedex picked up the defective bumper. I wanted to let you know this because this was the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Within an hour my problem had been resolved (and this was all over email)!! Carter’s & Kids Line take care of their customers.

They would not replace mine. I have to pay shipping to send it back and they will sew them back on. Not worth my child’s safty, better to just get rid of it.
