Reader Mandy B. writes in with this story about a possibly defective Munchkin wipe warmer:


Hi,
 
I have a Warm Glow Wiper Warmer from Munchkin and recently I noticed that the power cord (were the cord attached to warmer
 itself connects to the power supply) was blackened. I have emailed my pictures to Munchkin and this was there response.
 

“Thank you for contacting us, we recognize that customers like you have made Munchkin Inc. the company it is today, and we truly appreciate hearing from you. I’m so sorry to hear that the power outlet to your Warm Glow Wipe Warmer has turned black. I’ve never heard of this happening and am quite unsure as to why it would.
 
We value all our customers, and genuinely appreciate the confidence you place in us each time you choose a Munchkin product and want to leave you with a positive experience, so we are happy to replace your warmer.
 
If you could please provide me with your mailing information I will be more than happy to get a replacement out to you ASAP!”


I am concerned because I feel like they aren’t looking into this more. Do you know of something else I can do? I searched and searched for a recall but I didn’t find one.
